I would assume she isn't staying a widower her entire life and if she got into a serious relationship, you probably wouldn't want to commit to being buried next to your previous husband while with another guy. Also Guerrero is her legal last name because of the marriage, and I imagine it's probably a pain in the ass to change it again.
