I'm not saying this or did not happen but I worked indies and I met both Billy and Joey and this is literally how this situation might have happened. Billy is not a bully at all he gives advice to us young wrestlers all the time but Joey thinks he is a hot commodity so he has a stick up his ass. Billy actually gave me good fitness advice when I asked him how can I get the type of gains he had. That's when I learned his history in powerlifting I believe or was it body building don't remember. Point is that he knew his shit down to a science and asked me about some good gyms in my area and said if I was ever on LA to get in touch with friends of his in Venice Beach and shit and gave me the number for Mike O'Hearn who if you guys didn't know is a huge legend in bodybuilding.

technically he did both but the last 10-15 years he became a serious powerlifter (also as the other anon mentioned was why he got fired because he was on the gas) and he very much knows what he's talking about. just because you use steroids doesn't mean you can get that type of body without dedication in the gym with routine, nutrition, etc.
and yeah very much aware of MOH, a lot of the videos from those two were how I got more comfortable doing oly lifts.

joey nutella is knowledgeable in the ring, probably as much as gunn or maybe more, but he's a fucking goon, and he seems like the guy to leak favorable press about himself and make himself look like the victim.

that's as good of any advice as you can get from someone desu. Most of my lifting buddies either are on a cruise or some sort of test/tren cycle, and have said the same thing.
>hit your natty ceiling first, because guys who just jump on and then push through end up having the common giveaway tears (pecs, tri/biceps) for guys who went way too hard too quickly.
also, even though scientifically proven that just taking a test cycle will get you more muscle mass than a natural person who lifts often, AND that it raises your overall muscle ceiling, the trap people fall into is not ensuring your diet is rock solid before hand. you want to cut your body fat down a decent amount (and i learned this my first cycle) and ensure you are hitting the macros+water intake. your blood pressure will raise up quite a bit even when using a decent AI. there's so many shady dealers out there that even on a basic 500 test-e mix they'll put some trash in there that ends up harming you in the long run.

When you take fighting technique out of the equation, the main thing that matters is body mass which Mr Ass has a lot more of. What the fuck could Janela possibly due when Billy has the reach advantage and could simply head butt him to death. Janela is fat, but he has no body mass. He's no Yokozuna.
