What they SHOULD be using it for is developing contenders, having a solid block of journeymen that's hard as FUCK to break through, and then a good roster of up-and-comers and young guys that the top guys ALMOST NEVER TOUCH BECAUSE WHY THE FUCK WOULD THEY. Give the new guys to the ageing veterans, whose records are dwindling due to not being as athletic anymore.
