What made his promos so good is what put him in a meme role.
Vince loves that English accent.
Then he fell off the wagon and when he climbed back on and settled his issues, the E had NXT and as it happens Regal is an exceptional mat wrestler, so he was assigned training duties.
But before going to the E, he was competing with everyone in WCW, and even DDP had enough trouble getting good booking from Bitchoff.
