AEW is just the modern day version of Affliction, Strikeforce and WEC. Most AEW Fans are either too retarded or too young to remember, but back then (((THEIR KIND))) was doing everything they could to undermine UFC and hype up these companies like they were the greatest thing in the world and would never fold (Spoiler alert: they all folded)

Fedor is Jericho, Barnett is Mox, Arlovski is Jeff Hardy, and you can go up and down the list. The results at AEW don't justify and have never justified the hype. They're the new girl in school with the pretty face and big tits. You can't take her face/tits away from her, but you also can't deny that without all that, you wouldn't be treating her 20% as nice as you are, you wouldn't be clearing out your schedule, you wouldn't be putting in OT. Wouldn't happen.
Once AEW starts losing more stars back to WWE/Impact/etc, once it's nothing but overpaid 50 year olds and overworked 20-somethings, it'll become clear that AEW's growth is stunted and there's nowhere for them to go. 3 hours of TV and most of it is shit with 70% of the roster only wrestling a match every 3 weeks. Doesn't work, and going to 4 hours won't fix stupid.
