People aren't in love with them, at least most people aren't. There are a few deviants who love them for sure. The best advice I can possibly give you guys is to view them strictly as entertainers and streamers, the way you'd view an XQC or a Jerma or a Vinesauce. They're online personalities but the real women behind the avatars, they're all different from one another. Some are compelling because they're airheaded (Miko), others have insanely good luck or bad luck (Pekora). Some are good singers (Suisei, Watame), some are great at video games (Aqua), others are just talented at multiple things (Marine). Some are mental nutcases (Matsuri, Noel). And they all sing and dance and have quarterly concerts but the reason people are drawn to them is because they're just cool chicks who are really talented and endearing at what they do.
If you check them out and vibe with them, good. If you don't like them, that's fine too, they're not for everybody. Just don't overthink it.
