Of course having Sting do a Boomer vs Boomer run would be the shits and Sting actually can't go that much anymore, not that he was ever a ring general or workrate guy, but they could be creative and milk him plus draw bigger gates and do interesting storylines if he actually has a run, plus he doesn't need to actually wrestle so much. In WWE's defense (at the time) the Rollins win actually meant something and Rollins was being built up as a top guy, but their booking later on made all of Rollins' accomplishments mean nothing with the face run that killed him, to the point his wins over Cena, Lesnar, Roman, etc... mean nothing.
