There’s no exact way the game just has to either have enough content to last or be gun enough to keep playing. Yesterday there was a thread saying how kenny onega was a compfag so maybe if a competitive scene spurs up from this game it’ll have some longevity. Fighting games and games of that similar nature don’t have many active player bases either way unless it’s a big name game

most people only play a game for a few weeks after buying it unless it is one of the greats. I know people who buy a game, play it for an hour and if it sucks they never touch it again. Or they beat it in a couple days and then never play it again
