this guy was their last hope, dronies. i really sat through one of the worst shows i've ever seen last dynamite and even that garbage is still doing better than WWE Impact.

He built a good system. Tag teams that felt like tag teams and not just two guys slapped together, stables that felt natural and just just throwing a bunch of conflicting guys together like AEW, singles guys had a persona.

HHH just made NXT into what the vocal voices online wanted. More smark bait wrestlers getting the big pushes, greater focus on wrestling and less silly gimmicks and angles, more women and not sex dolls. Hour long show without filler and padding. NXT was everything those people wanted from WWE.

I know that most of his pushes were smark bait because he wanted to beat AEW but I think he really believes in the business, he's old school and thinks people still care about pace and emotionality and all those things without all the flippies to capture the attention

They edited shit promos and had multiple takes of promos in the ring (and backstage).

They had dusty/etc help with promos every day, tweaking and practicing.

So no it wasn’t written, but it was heavily edited.
