Agreed with everything but the main event part. The best match is likely to be some midcard match between a good New Japan talent and an AEW non-shitter (Rare as they are), preferably Bryan Danielson or a returning Omega

I was assuming the main event would be a singles match but you're probably right. NJPW won't roll over and give a clean pin to one of their key guys.
