Its going to be a table top RPG
Chief Brand Officer of WWE Stephanie McMahon spoke about this mysterious RPG during a financial earnings call. In it, she talked about how taking a year off to rebound from 2K20 greatly helped the series and made it a “commercial and critical success.” As she stated, it has the highest average scores of the franchise and, according to the NPD, was the seventh best-selling title in March. McMahon then talked about how the team is expanding its scope in the gaming space.
“We continue to strengthen in the performance of our mobile games, with 2K and Scopely, SuperCard, and Champions, and recently signed a new deal in the role-playing game place that will be announced soon,”
If it was a video game, she would have said RPG in the video game space not RPG space which is a term used for tabletop rpgs.
