>>5570932I believe you did ask me and I think I posted a fuckin' essay about it because I love those niggas, but I don't mind doing it again.
>Who do you think is most likely to be the next big thing (Naito level, at least) between Narita, Shota, Tsuji and Uemura?Going off what we've seen so far, Tsuji or Uemura, but I don't think it's very fair to compare them to the other two because they're not really playing characters aside from fiery underdog babyface like all Young Lions do at the start. I think Narita's forever going to be in the Shibata/Ishii spot of based /ourguy/ but not really world champ material. I think he's really good at that character though and I don't think that spot is a bad thing.
My prediction overall is gonna have to go to Uemura, though. He seems really comfortable in the ring, his look is gigadimes and he really gets the crowds behind him wherever he goes.
>Shota has apparently been underperforming while Tsuji has been very surprisingOut of what I saw from Shooter and Tsuji in RevPro, Tsuji definitely felt more comfortable and that's after far less time than Shooter. That being said I think Umino's really come into his own after that, his match against Jay felt way more natural than what he's done before.
>Likewise between Fujita, Nakashima and OiwaOiwa, but that's a question of character. I think all three are really promising, though. Incredible fundamentals and super good at standing out from eachother in the ring. Even from their first matches against eachother when they both looked like bald lab-monkeys you could tell their characters apart from just 10 minutes of very simple spots. Fujita and Nakashima work more like heels right now so it's hard to see them coming back as huge babyface stars, though they're equally solid in-ring. Fujita did really well in the exhibition match at the NOAH show, and Oiwa's had big matches, I'm just waiting for Nakashima's big moment to shine.
