Once Kenny was on the shelf, though, Tony (who clearly favors/only wants women like Britt and Jade) basically was content to throw them onto Youtube until their contracts expire. Remember that he had Ryo Mizunami for most of 2021 and after her initial title challenge at the very start, she spent the rest of the year on Dark and Dark Elevation.
Even Riho had a hard time getting off of Youtube and she's one of the most popular wrestlers in AEW so at some point it becomes obvious that Tony really wants nothing to do with the joshi. Only reason he won't allow Riho's and Shida's contracts to expire is probably Riho's popularity and Shida being able to speak English. But everyone else? They're gone. There's the TJPW partnership but it's clear nothing's actually going to come of that outside of a few spot appearances for Yuka since Tony doesn't know anybody in the promotion and he'd rather just have Stardom girls do like the NJPW guys and come in for a match on Dynamite since Dave watches Stardom main events.
