Minitool uTube Downloader to download YouTube vids unless you have a different method or use screen capture
Minitool Movie Maker to edit and clip videos
nixx / WebMConverter to take your clips and make webms. It also offers trimming, cropping, resolution resizing, speed changing and other features.
There's probably better programs out there but I used those to make mine.
