He's washed and every time they put him in a top position he either injured himself or got a dui. You can tell they lost all faith in him after he came back where he either worked with the people who could carry him (Sheamus, Aj, Corbs, Sami) or to work with the new guys (Moss, Theory, Kross, MSK). Which is funny, because working with the workhorses protected the shit out of him. Nobody said he was washed when he was against Sheamus or Corbs, and he didn't do that much with the new guys in-terms of actual matches. It's only after he was expected to keep up with much less experienced guys in ten+ minute matches in AEW that people saw his decline
