The performers to grow balls again.
Taking bumps isn't what people liked. Being filled with radical sons of bitches, and carnival con artists with balls of steel is what made wrestling cool.

As long as wrestling is full of people who think the industry isn't a carnival side show joke act,
instead of as an avenue to fuck with people, grifting the shit out of them with one hand while the other entertains, it will never be good again.

Really, for real. Hulk Hogan was a low-effort shitter by today's standards. He didn't take his vitamins, he drank like a sink, pumped his asshole full of drugs three times a day, and people fucking loved him. The hype wasn't from tryhards losers perform SIX STAR!!! technical marvels. People can just go see Cirque Du Soleil for that shit, and it will be 200x better than anything a wrestler can do.

The hype was from guys a bunch of big-dicked, zero fucks given, drugged up rock stars who knew EXACTLY what they were doing, and did exactly that without apology.
