The difference all of those shows revolve around and are centered on interpersonal character dialog, interactions between characters, and seeing those characters in different settings. In the case of shows like Lost the other difference is that they are inherently mysteries. Wrestling is not a 1 to 1 with any of this. We do not see CM punk at home thinking about his matches. We don't Hangman walking the streets searching himself for answers. We dont see that because it isnt needed and is stupid. It's the same reason we dont see the everyday lives of basketball players, or boxers. We might see a lead up in real life fights but those are centered on training. Anything else would be frivolous and stupid because ultimately the story is what happens in the ring and who it is between.
