Simply put, he doesn't need to. Vince runs his company like a mobile game, he doesn't worry about expanding the viewer base as much as securing the viewers he already has. It's about keeping the whales on board and supporting the company, if you can manage to do it, it's a much safer and easier business model.

That's not Vince's problem at all, I seriously doubt a dude as self-absorbed and single-minded as him actually gives a single fuck about the state of the company after he is dead and buried. In his mind he's financially provided for and secured 4 generations AT LEAST of his family already, everything else is about his own personal vision and desires in the moment, which is maximizing profit from the whales already on the chain, rather than innovating and targeting new audiences for a future he won't have any part in.
