>>5646065Out of the blue is longer and has more hits in general but as a whole album and concept Time reigns supreme with its 40 something minute play time. There is 20 to 25 minutes of filler in out of the blue. They are good songs but Time has none except maybe another heart breaks and that is short. On top of that the album plays into itself.
