It should be obvious that Punk is winning. Hangman was champ because of the storyline set up by Kenny and the EVPs to crown him and after Full Gear its clear Tony had absolutely nothing for him, no ideas, nada. Even took Dark Order away from him (and now Stu left the company). All Tony's energy was going into Punk pumping him up against MJF, having Punk open the shows, having Punk send the crowd home happy, Punk on commentary, Punk this, Punk that.
