We are all fucked because we are all sinners even in salvation, we are forever falling short of the glory of the Lord. Paul is lifted up as a scion of the faith by Bible believers but in Romans 7 he speaks openly about his inability to overcome his sin nature. And he’s probably better at this than we are, yet in 1 Timothy he called himself chief of all sinners. So unless you’re one of those sinless perfection marks, the absence of piety cannot be considered a denial of Christ, unless you dismiss the blood of the lamb as being not sufficient for us and that it must be fortified by works for us to be worthy.
