Can someone give me the quick rundown on Conrad's mortgage scam? How is he working marks and repossessing their homes?

It's not a scam. It's just predatory.
Basically what he does is refinances your mortgage for a lower payoff year. Say reduce it from 30 to 15.
Naturally, what happens is your monthly mortgage goes up but interest overall is less, so you technically are paying less in the end since for a mortgage interest is figured out beforehand and considered into the payment plan.
Conrad will usually package a higher upfront down so you won't have to pay anything for a few months.
If you can make a higher monthly payment nothing has really changed and you will pay less overall.
But if you're a dumbass hick like Conrad thinks you are, you won't be able to keep up to pay it, and you'll either sell or they foreclose on your house, which Conrad will turn around and sell anyway. It's a very obvious mortgage trick but people are notoriously bad with money so it's easy to get a few suckers in that net.

Pretty much, I mean Conrad's mortgage company is accredited it's just baiting retards. Most mortgage companies start with a 30 year loan for a reason since it's a lot easier keep a consistent payment record that way.

If you're good with money you don't have a mortgage and probably still live with your parents even though you're married, instead of having to pay a ridiculous price for your own house like a fucking retard and then having your family pay two sets of bills for no reason, be split up in locations, have to pay a babysitter or daycare, have two sets of all furniture and applicances, etc...
