Yeah start with 0 unless you want to play the PS2 games first then start with 1.
But Kiwami is a remake of 1 and sort of pseudo sequel to 0 so I wouldn’t suggest starting with Kiwami

i believe it's chapter 4 or 5. once you unlock the clan battle stuff, immediately go for it and speed through it. But make sure to max out the clan exp actions with your exp
