Warrior did burn brighter although for a much shorter period. With Flair you can blame Gaytch with the revisionist history from about 2002 to 2005 painting Flair as the GOAT on WWE TV and DVD releases. Vince probably regrets that now considering Flair exposed himself as an overrated regional shitter years prior to that and is unusable in any capacity now.

Flair was very arguably bigger than Savage. Had way more belts, longer career, left a legacy. Savage was white hot at certain times but never consistently and probably a headache to work with backstage. Warrior was always a shitter and doesnt deserve to have his name in their comparison.
