CM Punk did not take long before he became one of the highlights of AEW programming, since his debut last year. CM Punk has already competed in some solid feuds against the likes of Darby Allin and MJF in AEW. CM Punk also ticked off a former WWE Superstar for an interesting reason.

As seen on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, CM Punk was seen wearing an “Abortion Rights Are Human Rights!” shirt. He did so while being part of the commentary team for Adam Page vs Konosuke Takeshita.

CM Punk is never afraid to give his opinion on various topics. This includes his reaction to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the court’s landmark 1973 judgment that made abortion a constitutional right.

Former WWE Superstar Jaxson Ryker took to Twitter and reacted to CM Punk’s t-shirt. Ryker made it clear he was absolutely furious with Punk.

CM Punk wore a pro-choice t-shirt last year in Texas as well. Punk is set to face Adam Page for the AEW World Title at Double or Nothing on May 29th. We’ll have to see whether Punk will end up winning the match or not.
