there is a lot of sports entertainment type skits where its pre-taped outside of the arena, like indi and dexters honeymoon, GRUG and KOR camping or the one recently with wendy choo trolling TA, so be warned, this isnt workrate NXT anymore. you do get one "workrate" type match per show, usually the main event.
