Console warring aside Sasha would be pretty transformative for the AEW women's division. She's a star and a really good wrestler. Her and Britt could legit main event a pay per view if built correctly.

She's an actual gamechanger for ratings as she has a large devoted cult fanbase who will follow her over and you could build a whole brand around her, unlike CM Punk whose fanbase was already watching AEW.

The women's division would benefit by having a recognizable star at the top but as it stands the booking is an afterthought, the women's roster is extremely shallow and can't support her, and she'd be stuck feuding with Britt for 8 months. You'd have to hit the reset button on everything.
