"I wasn't able to see her face, but it seemed that she had no strength left ...... she was no longer conscious," said a nearby resident who witnessed the entire process of rescue workers arriving.
Before dawn on Friday, May 23. The incident occurred at a newly built condominium, just a few minutes' walk from Kameido Station in Tokyo. The person carried out of the condominium was Hana Kimura (22), a star wrestler in STARDOM.
The first discoverer was her mother. The mother, worried about not being able to reach her daughter, rushed to the condominium and found Hana Kimura lying in her room. The cause of death has not been announced, but it is believed to be suicide.
"I woke up in the middle of the night hearing sirens around 3:30 AM. When I looked outside, there were many ambulances and fire engines parked in front of the condominium. About 10 rescuers went up to the third floor from the outside stairs. Firefighters were wearing oxygen masks. The rescuers were panicking and shouting 'Water! Water!'" (the nearby resident)
Another resident said, "Two firefighters entered from the balcony on the third floor using a ladder, and when the window was opened, a strange odor came out. From inside, there was an alarm sound. About 10 rescuers entered the condominium from the outside stairs. I heard the rescue workers saying 'Hydrogen Sulfide'.
Shortly afterwards, a rescuer carried an unconscious woman to the ambulance. I saw him doing a heart massage in the ambulance, and a woman in her 40s who looked like her mother was breaking down crying and praying with her hands clasped together. A black-haired woman who looked like a pro wrestler was screaming to the window of the ambulance, 'Wake up, Hana! Please come back!'"
