It's worth it because you get first account testimonies from people who actually were around at that time. The good ones are the Benoit, Owen and Von Erichs episodes. Pillman's was fun to watch, too. Most are watchable, the only boring ones off the top of my head were the Herb Abrams story and Gorgeous Gino.

New Jack, UWF/Herb Abrams, Von Erich's, Benoit & Brawl For All were my personal favorites.

The first real "bad" episode they had just had to be the Road Warriors episode. The whole episode was just paced horribly and boom I got the phone call that Hawk died. It really could've been a 2-parter before going into the Owen Hart episode. Season 3 fell off after Pillman and when I heard them say Rikidozan was stabbed for being Korean I was kinda over it.
