NJPW makes new guys pay their dues. It's not like they're giving AEW's young guy much more. This guy's young and will probably be floating around NJPW for a long time yet, he'll be fine eventually.

He is terminally a manlet though, can't fix that. Jr is his ceiling for sure.

Dude has bizarrely been better as a character guy than a high flyer despite being brought in specifically for that role by Ospreay. His desperate selling and near-breakdowns while TJP tries to calm him down during backstage promos is easily the best things about him to me.

Feels like the sorta thing a 22-year old who was promised the world and then struggles to get four points would do.
The clap thing is annoying, but I think he's got a good connection to the crowd aside from that. With that too, I suppose, but I don't like it.
