New Japan isn't predatory in most of their deals, they are very prideful and make sure they're at least around 50/50 with the company they're with (and they'll take a higher percentage than that if they can manage, sure), but they don't go out of their way to eliminate competition.
Most of the people unhappy with them are literal retards like ROH that tried supporting themselves entirely on the relationship to their own detriment.
