Raw and Nitro obviously had two distinct audiences because there were a 10 million total fans, two products that aired at the same time, and there was a massive age gap between the two shows, Raw was at like early 20s and Nitro was in the mid 30s early 40s.
The fact of the matter is, wrestling is not what it was in the 90s, there are almost no casual fans, I would venture that there are 200k casual fans, most people that was actual fans, not like people who leave their TVs on which skews the ratings, are in their mid 30 to early 50s and that's reflected when you see the crowds for wrestling.
AEW and WWE have the same fanbase for the most part and it's almost statistically impossible for them to be two distinct audiences.
