I feel reasonably confident Kingston is the one to beat Punk for the AEW title. People might say MJF, but he and Punk had a long feud, him and Kingston was short. So it wouldn't feel like we've seen it already.

For me it's that he never entirely stops selling in order to do a move. If he's knackered and gassed (he isn't, of course) he'll do a chop spot but take forever to deliver the chop. And when he has to get up from the canvas he'll just drag it out because he's "so hurt". You can get away with shit like that when you're charismatic and a god-tier seller.
