Hogan had too much control and it helped ruin WCW. On the opposite side, you have individuals who go along with every request or instruction made like lapdogs.
Have writers create storylines, let the wrestlers proofread them, suggest any changes with valid reasoning on their stances, and have someone work as a mediator. Vince should only focus on the massive storylines revolving around the WWE championship or big marquee matches (IE: Austin's return) that sells tickets and subs to the WWE network.
