Can we talk about how good Seth’s promo was? It finally gave a valid for why he hates Cody so much going back to 2019. He spent the last few years putting his heart and soul into WWE while Cody spent that time essentially creating their biggest competitor, and now he’s trying to come back like the prodigal son and Seth’s not having it.

The entire reason the fans turned on him in the first place was because of his comments on AEW. To him, Cody is the reason for his downfall and yet everyone is treating him like WWE’s chosen one. Of course Seth hates him, because HE should’ve been the chosen one, and Cody is the reason he’s not. That’s enough to drive anyone anyone crazy.
