wwe (with fox) want advertisements to become the majority of tv soon. back in the 90s, a 30 minute block had two commercial breaks, 2-3 mins in the middle and between the next segment at the end 2 minutes.

today, like in OP’s example, in a full hour, 24 minutes were advertisements (10 mins of advertisement blocks, then 14 mins of in broadcast advertising)

in 2030, itll be 30 mins ads and 30 mins tv if this continues .
by 2040, itll be 47 mins ads and 13 mins tv.
