Unless you're arguing that the person holding the interim belt is just being jobbed out from the start. It depends on who AEW puts in that spot. Thus far the winner of the BR has to face Mox and then that winner has to go against the New Japan opponent. I have a feeling the winner of all of that is going over Punk if Punk comes back and requests a match for the belt. It really just depends on who is involved and what happens to Mox. Punk winning it all back would definitely be a dumbass decision if it's just a matter of keeping it on hold.
