TV Shows: After the Writer Strike in 2007, the big networks all decided to overhaul the process and insert their own nepotistic writers who have no idea how to write. So they copied Buffy, as that was the popular style at the time.
Books: Intellectuals realized it was smarter and safer to just apply their mental talents to STEM or finance
Vidya: Follow the leader
Movies: Nepotistic jews inserted themselves all over the place, and refuse to let the goyim in unless they fit ESG Standards. This gives us shitheads like the Star Wars Creative Department, helmed by a black dyke whos only credit is a Crossing Jordan episode.
