Are you going to claim Okada's more over in the US, when he's literally NJPW's premier, A1 drawing guy of the last decade?
To try and compare overness between countries he is consistently featured in and has become a mainstay, and one where he is an exceedingly rare attraction is dumb. If he worked US as often as he did Japan, he'd level out, too. Not to mention that Dynamite where he got crickets for his signature spots, something that has never happened in Japan.
