There is now a big lul of stuff not selling because everyone got it out of their systems and went to whatever was happening so it looks to be levelling back out.
Japan is a weird one because they have had a staggered return for a long time, so they won't get that big bump and might need to gradually rebuild. Regardless, the idea that people are happy to sit at home watching Netflix rather than go out is dumb. Autists, real one mostly, prefer to stay in as a cope but they aren't the larger audience who attend events anyway.
