The drinking and doubting was a good angle. The Dark Order helping him believe in himself was also cool. What wasn't cool was him being dragged down by his friend Adam Cole. That hurt him a lot. He gaveCole an agle because they are friends and it fucked him. /they should have pushed Page to the moon as having a brand new life as a clean cut babyface. I don't know if Page had that much control, man. I remember there was an interview days before his first match against Danielson in which he said he was frustrated for not having wrestled for a month. If he really had a say I would imagine he would have had at least one match instead of sitting in the corner watching Danielson destroy the Dark Order jobbers. Not to mention that Cole is one of AEW's most prominently featured guys to the point of being considered overexposed by even the most hardcore fans.
