How do wrestlers take moves they've never taken before? Like say you're gonna take Finn Balor's Coup De Grace, do you just ask him backstage how you take that move or do you just figure it out on your own?

I'm guessing, either ask the wrestler, watch some of their tapes, ask the ref, or just try to figure it out, some moves are pretty standard in how one can take them, like the most high flying moves, but yeah, I can imagine AJ Styles for example telling their opponents to move their head back for the Styles Clash, given it's not a natural way to bump
