Yes, but only as a gimmick designed to put over someone who proves to be better than you.

DDP absolutely should've been the one to end the streak.

WWE's biggest problem with Brock is that they refused to do a real payoff with someone who outwrestled him, banking everything on Reigns. He's lost numerous times since his peak, but it's all been meaningless because the end goal was always futile.
