This. They let the wrestlers do their own storytelling and promos in AEW and so far all Rosa has said in every promo is "I am the best because I have this belt."

She is not a good wrestler, she would have worked a year ago, but now their division has so much talent that she should be no where near a belt.

She's getting trained by Danielson and seemed to have decided she's gonna focus on very basic stuff after the matches in the tbs tournament were fucking painful to watch. Which is based, good on her for shifting her expectations to more realistic ones.

Women can't wrestle.
Women don't draw.
They are an attraction like midgets and bears. You book one that has nice tits or ass. You book one that mog some of your top guys (hopefully not too many). They're something to entertain coomers who like catfights and give other fans time to take a break.
You cannot build a division around them.
It's waste time trying to set up programs with the few athletic enough to put on matches when they'll just fuck each other over.
Joshi wrestling is essentially a cult where they drop out of school and train from their EARLY TEENS but they still live like indentured slaves and have to retire by 30.
"Women's wrestling was white-out in Japan in the 80s and 90s." Yeah, so was garbage hardcore wrestling. It can't draw flies to shit either.
Pro wrestling is too fragile to humor the egos of idiots who think women can wrestle and draw as well as men can. Moolah had the right idea just touring girls around the country to put on exhibitions. Too bad the territories are gone.
