Because no one is being put over and it's a constant reminder that stars of today will never surpass the nostalgia of the past. There is no reason to invest in any modern star if they are constantly being made out to look worse than the stars of a 5-6 year period over 20 years ago. The man who was there weekly to push the feud in the first place and the man who will continue to be on future shows should have won because it makes that man look better.
