>>6028346I had a buddy in Colorado catch a 12 year prison sentence for his 4th DUI, Jeff is playing with fire particularly in a southern state with a high rate of improsoned "minorities" if he catches any significant jail time which is highly likely, he will be in P.C. in county so he won't be in any real danger physically, but if he hits a prison yard he may end up in a rough spot. He can "check in" and be in prison P.C. but he won't have access to his money or the ability to purchase anything that isn't soap. If he doesn't roll with the gang politics he might not make it out, which would mean he would need to do some work for the white boys or face a shitty life, which would require him being a warrior on the yard, a hit man, or a smuggler/runner. None of which are glamorous, all of which include extra felonies if caught doing those survival things. Money or no money he most likely just killed his career for good. The worst part is that he became a drug addict/alcoholic trying to entertain a bunch of neckbeards virgins by raising the limits and the stakes on risky spots so fat, rednecks could cheer. Some of those same rednecks will try to recruit him into further ruination while knowing damn well who he is and what he is worth. If he has people come to bat for him, it won't help much, if it were his first time it wouldn't be an issue but it is a well documented pattern. He may be lucky if they him like a T.C. program. Those are no joke though. ZERO family contact gor up to years depending on the program, daily humiliation, I was a counselor for one such program and there were fucked up things they had to do on top of not being able to even write your family or receive letters, if you are late to a group for any reason you had to wear a bin and carry around a bottle and rattle and anytime someone interacted with you you had to recite a phrase about being a baby
