Some people just don’t care and out their own needs above the health and safety of others.
I’ve been around alcoholics and I have zero time for the ‘please get this men help! Poor Jeff!’ crowd. Having to actually deal with theses fucks is a massive burden on your life. My dad was a major alcoholic all throw my high school years. I never invited anybody to my house or had any birthday parties because he was always an aggressive, mean drunk.
Jeff has had enough chances. Fuck him.
