Neither but in relative terms Rhea’s move. Bianca basically had doudrop in barbell squat position which is one of the heavier lifts you can do and then just had to roll her off the side. Rhea had to essentially deadlift that fat bitch with a constantly shifting center of gravity and zero leverage at all.
