1) it devalues the PAID content if the PAID content doesnt 1up that moment (who wants to pay for lesser entertainment when you get the good shit for free)
2) putting such excelent spots on PPV will create talking points, causing people to talk about the PPV (a big event overall), which in turn can create more fans. Hype is important.
3) Spots like this on free tv will end up being forgotten, whereas on PPV's they would be everlasting memories.
4) Humans value things more if they paid for them. The same spot would have had a bigger impact if it was originally on PPV.
I understand why TK would book it for free TV (same arguments but slightly re-worded, with the focus on advertisment), but its putting your talent into high-risk danger for low-reward advertisment.
