meanwhile, WWE knew he had a problem and offered rehab, then released him due to his refusal, and Tony just thought "yup their wellness policy was probably wrong, matt told me he's fine!" even though Jeff even came out at Double or Nothing obviously intoxicated. Sounds like a chaotic backstage environment and a boss who's spread too thin - sad!
